Site design goes v2

...beta, of course. A new site layout has been implemented. It's faster and more flexible, because it adjusts to your screen resolution. Modern computers use at least 1024x768 screen resolution, so I thought it'll be nice to take full advantage of this. The template will  better fit  our upcoming news aggregator, too. 

Recent SMF forum hacks(which affected one of our sites) made me postpone our Joomlaboard powered forum launch. I'll just sit and wait for a secure version.
