No more FX

This is a technical note about this website's recent changes. 

Well, we removed the fancy script effects. No more category list scrolling and image fading. There are two main reasons for this: the effects were adding an 100k overhead, making the site inaccesible for dialup and other impatient visitors, and the mobile-compatible version will not rely on Javascript, because of compatibility issues. Now the site is Opera browser friendly, too. But does not act as cool as is used to. It's performing faster and safer as a compensation.
